Returns & exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your product you have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received it. You will receive a full refund for the item, minus the return shipping cost.
To exchange for another size or colour, you have 14 days from the delivery of your package.
The product that you return must be in perfect condition, not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products have the original labels still attached. The original receipt that comes with the shipment must be enclosed together with the returned products.
HOW TO RETURN
Please contact us at email@example.com to request the return form which you must fill out and enclose with the return package.
Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange and we will get on to it asap.
We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a tracked service to make sure returns arrive safely.
If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will hear from us.
COSTS FOR RETURN
Petit Nomad is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Petit Nomad receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you. For accepted claims, Petit Nomad is responsible for all additional costs.
